• Lifetime coverage for original owner: Just register within 30 days of delivery; stays valid as long as you own the floor

• Material protection: Covers individual plank or clip defects due to craftsmanship or materials

• Climate-ready durability: We’ll replace planks damaged by permanent warping, buckling, or gapping after proper acclimation—ideal for concrete, radiant-heat, and below-grade installations

• Liquid water exposure: covers planks against permanent changes due to exposure to liquid water for up to 48 hours.

• Straightforward support: File a claim via a "Continuing Commitment" ticket or email support@floorsbysteller.com—photo/sample review may be requested
