Learn Steller Floors Basics

Attach

Squeeze patented assembly clips on from the side - do not slide on from the end. Always start at one end and work down the plank like a zipper.

Snap Down

Hold one plank still with your body weight while snapping a new plank into position. Assemble full rows at once - not one plank at a time.

Pop Up

Attach the suction cup to one end of the target plank and stand wide. Lift gently and slowly until you feel tension - then tug.

Frequently asked questions

Can I really install Steller Floors myself - or hire any contractor?

Yes! We have worked with a variety of folks from professional, to semi-professional, to high-competency DIY, to complete novice. We offer free remote training via zoom call to get you up to speed - whether you are a contractor who is new to our system, or a handy-homeowner.

Do Steller Floors float without nails or glue & where can I install them?

Yes, our patented assembly system attached plank-tp-plank in a floating format rather than plank-to-subfloor.

That means that you can install our floors over OSB, concrete, subfloor heat, raised panel subfloors & more.
