What do your US patents cover?

Our primary patent covers the extruded plastic clip, the wood plank, and the assembly method and expires mid-2035.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Tyrone Pennsylvania with regionally sourced solid wood materials. Most of our other components we use are also manufactured in the USA.
How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping costs including LTL freight via common carrier, appointment and lift-gate delivery are included in the base price of our products.
How long does it take for orders to ship?

All orders at Steller Floors are made-to-order and ship on a first-available basis. If fulfillment might take longer than our typical 4-6 weeks, we will inform our vendors immediately.
Do I need a Shopify store in order to drop ship or contract manufacturing with Steller Floors?

In most cases, yes. Shopify provides essential functionality for us to provide you a margin of your sales. Please contact us if you do not believe e-commerce to be the right venue for your products.
How long will it take me to bring my store or brand online?

If you have your own Shopify store you may begin advertising our products for sale on your website on the day our agreement is made - we simply drop ship our products to your customer.

If you want to develop custom colors or co-brand via our contracted manufacturing or via your own production facility, start up could range from a couple of months to much longer.
Can I contract with Steller Floors' manufacturing and licensing on a small scale?

If you are using Shopify Collective to source and dropship our products, there are no minimum order sizes. However, we do have mandatory minimums for production manufacturing and licensing support. Please contact us for details.
What is your policy on brand use for your vendors?

All vendors must have a separate brand agreement with our company to utilize our branding, photographic and video collateral in their marketing materials either online or in physical products.
