When your order ships, expect to recieve a tracking number. Once the freight arrives att the local terminal you will recieve a call for an appointment. At the appointed time, the carrier will provide a lift gate to remove the shipment from the truck, and the driver will use a hand cart to wheel pallet/s a short distance over smooth surfaces.
