• Who it’s for: Original owner of the floor; lifetime coverage when registered within 30 days of delivery.

• What’s covered:
  – Material defects in wood planks and assembly clips—even if discovered after installation.
  – Short-term water events (<48 hours) or temporary humidity swings; planks return to flat after corrective acclimation.

• What’s not covered: Labor (install/removal), extended liquid exposure (>48 hrs), flooding/sewage, improper install/maintenance, commercial/outdoor use, normal wear (scratches, dents, UV), or modifications that prevent the floor from floating or remove sealant without proper reseal.

• Use-case compatibility: Hydronic/radiant heat (≤80°F), subfloor cooling (kept above local dew point), below-grade and concrete with proper moisture mitigation, and personal mobility scooter use.

• Activation: Purchase with your floor and register within 30 days. Charges are non-refundable if registration isn’t completed.

• How to claim: Open a Continuing Commitment ticket with our team. If warranted, we replace defective material at no charge (material only).

How to buy (store instructions)

• Priced per square foot. Add the same square footage as your flooring order (round up to cover off-cuts).
