We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. All flooring orders are made-to-order unless specified otherwise. Flooring materials are shipped via LTL common carriers with liftgate delivery & appointment. Anticipate 1 standard pallet of flooring per 500 square feet.
All items are subject to our 30 day craftsmanship guarantee (see Terms & Conditions). Our Lifetime Limited Warranty is also available for purchase.
