Install a floor quickly & easily. With a few tips & tricks, you can move 2-3x faster with a Steller Floor than traditional nails and glue - and with lower-cost labor. Recommended install pricing is typically similar to LVP. Of course, major slowdowns include bringing materials in the room, and other subs interrupting to try the suction cup (😂).

Wait to install until later and save. Like LVP, Steller Floors can go in after painting. Trapping Steller Floors under cabinets has no functional value. So raise cabinets, drywall, baseboards - then paint - then install Steller. That will save thousands on Ramboard.

Hot-swaps with a suction cup work for you too. How many times has a scratch or spill meant you needed to re-do the whole floor? With a Steller Floor your liability is only proportional to the damage.

Even Herringbone is easier. We handle the lion's share of the detailed carpentry in our woodshop - but don't forget to account for additional time along walls for complex cuts. Install Pricing should be similar to LVP herringbone.
